BRANDYN CHAPMAN
Chief Executive Officer
Brandyn has successfully led Phoenix Stamping Group since 2001 and PHX Holdings since 2019. He has prior experience in the U.S. Army with various positions in the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment and the 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division. He has a Master of Business Administration from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
LAUREN BARNES
Chief People Officer
Lauren has over 10 years of experience in progressive Human Resources roles, serving as a management business partner to high performing teams. She joined Phoenix Stamping Group in 2012 and was instrumental in establishing the HR structure for the organization with a focus on upholding the “Customers First, Employees Always” culture. In this role, Lauren supports Maker communities by establishing a strategic direction for people management and development. Lauren is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi.
TIA JONES
Chief Improvement Officer
Tia joined PHX in October 2019, developing a Continuous Improvement Strategy grounded in her background from almost 10 years at GE. She has her Black Belt in Six Sigma and a passion to encourage others to drive change every day. The combination of following process Kaizen with hard work is the key to improving and inspiring change. She has a Master of Supply Chain Management from Penn State and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
David Savage
Chief Financial Officer
David joined PHX in March 2023. He brings with him over 16 years of experience in progressive finance roles within GE and IDEX. He has a long record of implementing financial processes and controls across organizations that drive efficiency and speed of reporting. This has allowed his teams to focus more on their organizational customers, making them better operating partners who are able to support the profitability and growth of an organization. David is a graduate of the Plant Finance Leadership Program at GE, greenbelt certified in Lean Six Sigma, and a champion of 80/20 principles. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine.
OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION
D. SCOTT DACUS
Director of IT
Scott has over 28 years of experience in Information Technologies field and joined Phoenix Stamping Group in 2016. With his transition to PHX Holdings, Scott plans to create a high functioning and standardized IT systems while also ushering the company into the next level of security and technology. He has 10 years experiences in the U.S. Navy as an Electronics Technician, is a veteran of the Gulf War and holds a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from the University of Illinois.
ANTONIO OWEN
Senior Continuous Improvement Leader
Antonio joined PHX in October of 2020 as a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader. With over 15 years of manufacturing experience in progressive roles growing his technical, analytical, and leadership skills, he is an adept practitioner of Lean Six Sigma. Being a collaborative servant leader to work at sustainable improvements in the pursuit of operational excellence is what drives him. Antonio has a Bachelors in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University.
TYLER SMITH
Senior ERP Administrator
Tyler joined Phoenix Stamping Group in May of 2017 and helped to implement a modernization and continuous improvement plan for their core enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, Epicor. With his transition to PHX Holdings, he looks forward to supporting the PHX family of businesses by continuously improving system and business processes to work more efficiently together. He holds his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
CHRIS CURTS
ERP Administrator
Chris joined the PHX Holdings team in August of 2021, as an ERP Administrator in the IT department. He looks forward to supporting PHX Holdings maker communities to increase Epicor end user knowledge and efficiency. Chis, is an ERP functional expert with over ten years’ experience as an end user trainer for almost all departments and has participated in two full cycle ERP implementations. Chris has worked in the stamping and machining industry since 2013 as an ERP analyst, Production Planning manager, and Purchasing analyst.
LAUREN CRENSHAW
Executive Assistant
Lauren joined the Accounting Department of Phoenix Stamping Group in April 2016. With a background in medical billing and a degree in Exercise and Health Sciences, she was excited to start a new career path. Lauren looks forward to continuing to streamline and support the Account Department and take on other projects associated with her new PHX role
MONTANA RICH
Staff Accountant
Montana joined the PHX Holdings team in December of 2021 as a Staff Accountant. She looks forward to supporting all operating companies in accounting administrative tasks, the closing of financial periods, and building and maintaining reports to analyze data. Montana holds her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
